Giveaways/Competitions

Our giveaways and competitions are open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over at the time of the contest. You will be disqualified from the giveaway/competition should you not meet the age requirement.

We reserve the right to reject any entries for any reason at our sole discretion.

We do not accept any liability for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible or incomplete.

If the winner of a giveaway/competition cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, then we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick another winner or roll on the prize for any future giveaways/competitions.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, we may reserve the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize.

We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any giveaway or competition in whole or part, with or without notice.

Important information about giveaway/competition vouchers:

Giveaway gift vouchers must be redeemed on our website and put towards eligible products.

Giveaway gift vouchers cannot be used on bundles, packages or subscription packages which are already heavily discounted.

Giveaway gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.

Giveaway gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Giveaway gift vouchers have an expiration date which will be noted on the voucher.

Giveaway gift vouchers have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable or assignable.

If your order exceeds the amount of the giveaway gift voucher, then the balance must be paid by an alternative method that is accepted by us.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

Giveaway gift vouchers do not contribute towards the minimum spend for free delivery.
