ORDERS

How do I place an order?

Take a look at our full product range on our website, add all the items you would like to purchase into your basket and proceed to checkout where you will be able to make payment using various different payment methods.  You will receive an email confirming your order is being processed.

 

Can I amend my order?

If you are order has not already been processed, then we can often amend your order.  Please email us at info@gourmet-seasonings.com and we can take a look into this.  We aim to get back to you within 3 working days.

 

Can I join two orders together so to save on delivery?

Depending on the status of your order and how busy we are, we may able to group two orders together.  Please send us an email at info@gourmet-seasonings.com and we take a look into this.  We aim to come back to you within 3 working days.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by all major credit or debit cards and through PayPal.

 

Do you offer any promotional codes or discount vouchers?

Subscribe to our newsletter to receive 10% off your first order.  Any other promotions and discounts are announced on our website, exclusively to our members via the newsletter and through our social media channels.

 

How do I use a discount code?

Simply enter your discount code at the checkout page and ensure your total value has been updated.  Please note only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.

 

I am missing an item from my order, what do I do?

Please send us an email at info@gourmet-seasonings.com detailing your order number, full name and address together with a picture of your box including the items you have received and the invoice.  We will then investigate this with our packing team and will aim to come back to you within 3 working days with a resolution.

 

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

Yes, gift vouchers of various values are available to purchase from our product page. Our gift vouchers will be delivered digitally by email and will contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. 

 

DELIVERY

How much is postage and packaging?

Standard first class postage is £2.99.

However, all orders over £30 are absolutely free!

(Free delivery threshold may change from time to time)

 

How long will delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days, however during busy periods it can take a bit longer.  We send orders by first class so once they have been dispatched, they should reach you within 1-3 working days thereafter.

 

Which courier do you use?

We use Royal Mail for the majority of our orders, however from time to time we may use alternative couriers.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately not at the moment, however we are reviewing this and hope to have international shipping available soon.

 

Will my order be posted through the letterbox?

We aim to dispatch products in letterbox friendly packaging as we know our customers do not want to stay home all day waiting for deliveries.  However, if a large number of items have been ordered then it will be sent as a small parcel so someone will need to be home to accept the delivery or alternatively it may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place.

 

Where is my order?

All orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days, however during peak periods this can take longer.  If 5 working days have passed and you have not received an email confirming dispatch, then please email us together with your order number, full name and address and we can have a look into this for you.  We aim to reply to all emails within 3 working days.

If you have received a dispatch email, then we ask you from dispatch day to allow a further 1-3 working days for the courier to deliver the order to you.  If you have still not received your order, then please email us at info@gourmet-seasonings.com and we can chase this up with the courier.

 

I am missing an item or an item is damaged – what do I do?

In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order or you receive a damaged item, then please email us at info@gourmet-seasonings.com noting your order number, full name and address together with photo evidence of what you have received together with the box and invoice.  We will investigate this with our packing team and will aim to respond to you within 3 working days, however during peak periods it can take longer to come back to you.

 

 

RETURNS

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns.

 

Can I return part or all of my order?

If you would like to return part or the whole of your order then please email us at info@gourmet-seasonings.com noting the reason of wanting to return your order together with your order number, full name and address.  Provided the item is in it’s originally packaging and has not been opened or used, then you may be entitled to return your order within 7 days of having received it.  However, please note we do not offer refunds on items returned without the originally packaging, items that have been opened or used, nor on subscription boxes or bundles.

Please note if we do not receive an email prior to return then we will not be able to process a refund.  You should also securely package your items and return them to us keeping proof of postage.  We do not refund postage costs, nor do we accept any liability for loss or damage in transit.  All returned orders are subject to a £5 restocking and transaction charge.

 

How do I return my order?

How do I return a faulty or damaged item?

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged item, then please contact us immediately by email at info@gourmet-seasonings.com providing a picture of the faulty item together with your order number, full name and address.  We aim to resolve the issue within 3 working days by either replacing the item or offering a full refund. 

Please note if we do not receive an email prior to return then we will not be able to process a refund.  You should also securely package your items and return them to us keeping proof of postage.  We do not refund postage costs, nor do we accept any liability for loss or damage in transit.

 

What items do you not accept returns for?

We do not accept returns on the following products:

Products that have been used or partially used

Products that you do not like the taste of as taste is subjective

Subscription boxes

Charitable products as the fees may have already been donated.

How do I use your products?

Each pack will come with a shopping list, an easy to follow recipe, serving suggestions and some handy tips!  You will be fully equipped to great a high quality gourmet meal at home.

 

How many servings is there per pack?

Generally, we say 4 but it really depends on your appetite!

 

Are your products suitable for vegetarians?

They certainly are as they are purely a mix of high-quality herbs and spices.  However, some of our recipe cards suggest the use of meat, however these can be swapped with fish, vegetables, quorn or tofu making a fabulous vegetarian dish!

 

Are your products diet friendly?

Absolutely!  All our blends are 100% natural herbs and spices allowing you to make heathy hearty meals.  Our blends do not contain any preservatives, additives, sugar or MSG which makes them suitable on all diet plans. 

All our blends contain a shopping list and a recipe card which can be adapted to support your weight loss journey for example you can swap a few spoons of oil for low calorie cooking spray or Greek yoghurt to low fat yoghurt.

 

Do any of your products contain any oil?

Not at all!  All our blends are 100% natural herbs and spices allowing you to make heathy hearty meals.  Our blends do not contain any preservatives, additives, sugar or MSG which makes them suitable on all diet plans. 

All our blends contain a recipe card with many of them suggesting a small amount of oil to be used, however low calorie cooking spray can be used instead making your meal virtually fat free!

 

Which oil and how much should I use?

We generally use vegetable or sunflower oil in our cooking however you can use any oil you like so olive oil, rapeseed oil, nut oil or spray oil is perfectly fine to use.

You can use as much or as little oil as you like.  We recommend 2-3 tablespoons to get a true authentic taste, however you can use a few squirts of spray oil to make a more healthy meal. 

If you do use spray oil, then we recommend cooking onions on a very low heat adding a few splashes of water if you think the onions are about to burn.

 

 

Do any of your products contain any additives or preservatives?

Do your products contain any allergens?

All allergen information is available on the packaging.

They may contain traces of the following due to our suppliers handing these products: celery, cereals, gluten, wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, lupin, mustard, nuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

 

Can you produce a blend for a certain dish?

Are you based in the UK?
Yes we are!  We source quality pure herbs and spices from around the world and hand blend them in the UK to our own secret recipe following strict procedures to ensure quality is maintained and to ensure your meals will have a true rich authentic taste. 

 

Do you support charities?

Yes, absolutely!  We are proud to support various charities each month and are always prepared to hear from smaller charities

How do I become a stockists?

To become a stockists, please email us at info@gourmet-seasonings.com providing details of your shop including location, type of store, products sold, what quantity you would be interested to purchase and your budget.  The more information you can provide, the faster we can respond to you.

 

I would like to promote your products – how do I go about this?

We are always looking for social media influencers and would love to hear from you provided you have a strong set of followers and are regularly posting quality material on your account.  We provide an excellent affiliate program and fantastic rewards.

We suggest in the first instance you email us at info@gourmet-seasonings.com noting your full name, address, your social media account details together detailing how you can help our business progress.  The more information you provide, the faster and the better decision we can make.  Should we feel you can benefit our company then we will be in touch in due course.

 

Do you have an Affiliate program?

Yes, we do have an indirect affiliate program where you are rewarded for every order that comes through from your referral or recommendation.  Our system is able to keep track of the number of people who have used your unique discount code and we transfer the rewards to our affiliates every 3-6 months.  We are in the pipelines of developing a trackable affiliate program whereby our affiliates can track the contribution they are making and the rewards they are accumulating.
